Returns & Exchange
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 24 hours return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Product Receipt
For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your order upon delivery and the condition of the sold product, as well as to check if product¡|s package is intact so as to detect any apparent faults. In case a fault is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers in order to resolve the issue.

Product Returns
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated "Return Form" webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.
Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on Precision Pak You must send the Goods back to Our Contact Address at Your own cost and risk. Please contact our customer service, we won't proceed any returns without any information

Product Quality satisfaction
This is quite normal with some black marks, dots on some of the vintage hardware products And this is not a reason to return on some scratches which on large surface of metal hardware

Product Returns Process
Please contact us via Email on Product returns or enquiry Please download and send out the "Return Form" to us, and please full in your name, order no and reason. Or you may contact our customer service to help on the return process. We will arrange and discrete to proceed your return process once we received your Return Form.

Warranty Policy
Products are eligible for one year of free maintenance from the date of original retail purchase.
