If the country your order is to be delivered to is outside of Hong Kong, you may be required to pay import duties on receipt of your goods, or contact your local customs to obtain your goods. Please be aware that this is the responsibility of the customer. The prices listed on our website are exclusive of any import or export duty.

Product Orders

1. Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

2. We endeavor to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.

3. The price payable for Goods that you Order are as set out in Our Website.

4. The price payable for Goods exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering Your Goods.

5. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. The Prices are exclusive of any import or export duty.

7. When you order from us, we require to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone number in contact and your credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.

8. We undertake to accept of reject your order within 7 days. If we have not responded to you within 7 days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.

9. Oce you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.

Delivery of Goods

1. We will deliver the Goods ordered by You to the address You give Us for Delivery at the time You make your order.

2. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your Order is received.

3. You will become the owner of the Goods you have ordered when You have paid for them and when they have been delivered to You. Once Goods have been delivered to You they will be held at your own risk and We will not be liable for their loss destruction.

4. Delivery of your ordered product's will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out of the order page.

5. All risk of loss of damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.

6. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. We also reserve the right not to deliver Orders if We believe the address is not secure, for example a communal postal address.
